A: Recommended for dogs 6 months and older with neck circumference under 23.8 in (60.5 cm) and weight between about 15–120 lb. Collar belt adjusts and can be trimmed if needed.
Q: How long do the batteries take to charge and run?
A: Transmitter battery is 2500mAh and charges in about 4–5 hours for roughly 20 hours use. Each receiver charges in 2–3 hours; receiver standby is rated for ~500 cycles depending on use.
Q: How should I use the static shock mode safely?
A: Start at level 1 and increase only if necessary. Avoid using shock routinely; use for emergencies or under guidance. Do not leave the collar on for more than 18 hours and reposition every 1–2 hours.
