We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Your items may ship from different fulfillment centers; as a result, a single order can arrive in multiple packages.
Standard shipping generally arrives within 2-5 business days after processing. All delivery estimates displayed on our website are averages based on recent performance and are provided for convenience only. Actual delivery may be shorter or longer depending on the carrier route, inventory location, weather, or other factors beyond our control. We cannot guarantee exact arrival dates.
A shipping-confirmation email with tracking information is sent for each package when it leaves our facility. Tracking links may take up to 24 hours to display movement. If your order is split across multiple packages, each will have its own tracking number.
Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order unless otherwise noted at checkout.
Please confirm your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error, email team@twubsy.com within one hour of ordering. Address changes are not guaranteed once processing begins.
If tracking shows “delivered” but a package is missing, wait 24 hours and check with neighbors, household members, or your local carrier office. If it is still missing, contact team@twubsy.com within 7 days of the delivery scan.
For items that arrive damaged, email photos of the packaging and product within 7 days of receipt so we can arrange a replacement or refund in line with our refund policy:

Processing and transit times may be longer during holidays or major sales events. We recommend ordering early to avoid delays.
